Mark earned his:

  • Master of Arts – University of Southern California, Annenberg School of Communications (1989)
  • Juris Doctor – McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (1994)

Before entering private practice, Mark worked for two years with the United States Attorney’s Office, where he became Chief Law Clerk, and served as a Congressional Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives.

In 1994, he joined his father at Cibula & Cibula Law Firm. Upon his father’s retirement, he established the Law Office of Mark H. Cibula to continue serving clients in Northern California.
